I had no idea what I was doing or who I was going to choose to transport my Lexus from California to North Carolina so I jumped online and did some searching. I came upon ShipaCarDirect and started reading their reviews. I figured this is where I would get my best advice. I was pleasantly surprised to read several positive reviews and decided to fill out the online form. Within a few minutes I received an email from Paul who explained to me their sign up and transportation process. I took my time to make sure that this was the company that I wanted to use and had a few more questions over the next few weeks. Every time I emailed Paul I would receive a reply within minutes. I figured if they were this prompt at responding then their transport process would go just as smoothly! I was RIGHT! From the beginning of this process to the delivery of my Lexus was a smooth and easy process. Once my vehicle was delivered the driver went over the paperwork with me as we walked around the car to check for any damage. It was dirty but what car wouldn't be after traveling from coast to coast!! No damage whatsoever!! I was VERY pleased with the entire process of this transportation and would most definitely recommend and use this company again.
