Our experience in having an Audi moved in an enclosed carrier from Colorado to Texas was essentially error-free. The pickup day was only one day later than the first available day that the car could be picked up, and the delivery was on the day guaranteed by the carrier.

Greg at ShipaCar Direct was extremely helpful, patient and considerate, and followed up at each stage of the process very promptly.

We had requested an enclosed carrier and the one that we were assigned was great for us because it was a 'one' vehicle carrier, meaning our car didn't have to get moved in and out repeatedly to accommodate other cars being picked up and delivered. In our opinion, it was the best way to handle a car that we valued highly.

The driver of the carrier was extremely courteous and accommodating.

We really couldn't have asked for anything more.
