As a first time car shipper across the country, this was a great experience from beginning to end.
Starting with and ending with Paul, our guy who pulled it altogether in a timelly, honest, and professional way. Quotes from others was a huge range, and Paul's was right in the middle and very fair and pretty darn accurate.
Prior to talking to Paul, I had no idea how all this could work from beginining to end. With his honest and direct communication, my husband and I had complete confidence in Paul ,and all our worries and concerns were put on his hshoulders..what a great professional!
My daughter arrives tomorrow from Vermont, and in our driveway is her perfect Honda CRV ready to welcome her back to California, and for her to use immediately! One can not be without their own car in the Los Angeles area, and we knew Paul would get it here for us.
The truck driver was also kind enough to keep us posted as to how his journey was going, which was much appreicated...another honest, true professional.
A very satisfied and happy customer!
