The customer rep (Rodney) was honest and straightforward and they had a truck there the same day my order went in. I expect a 3-5 day turn-around and my car was delivered in under 2 days (it was 1400 miles!). Drivers were polite and efficient and my car was in good shape when it arrived. I may have saved a few bucks by shopping around a bit more (not much though I'm sure) but it was certainly not worth the hassle. These guys are good at what they do.
