It was a wonderful experience, Tom was really helpful with the multiple date changes and worked to get us a carrier asap. He was also very knowledgeable and provided numbers to call him any time. The carrier was courteous and very pleasant to work with. At end point they worked with us to drop off at a different location than what was first agreed. Overall a very pleasant and relatively stress free experience.
