Tom from Ship a Car Direct was very knowledgeable about the shipping process and explained it all to me very well. I have never shipped a car before and I needed to get an SUV from Oregon to Texas. I was somewhat nervous about it, but Tom made the process extremely easy. I never felt wary of any part of the process. I viewed the videos from Ship a Car Direct's website also. They were very short and to the point, and full of helpful information. Moreover, the price of $1095 was below any other quote I received. Also I was extremely surprised at how quickly the car was scheduled and picked up. Dealing with the truck driver was very easy as well. Scheduling pickup and delivery was painless, and the driver was very accommodating on where and when to pick the car up. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again, I would certainly use Ship a Car Direct without hesitation.
