Over the years, I have had the opportunity to ship numerous vehicles including cross country. Your service and especially Kay, your customer service agent, were the best I have ever worked with. The knowledge of the business, the timeliness of the responses, the quality of the information provided, and the efficiency of the operation are ones that other companies should strive to match. I intend to be a lifelong customer, as I expect to transport more vehicles in the future. Also the promptness, professionalism and courteousness of the driver was simply put superb. It is clear that your company has carefully vetted the transportation companies that it utilizes. So, thank you for making my son's transition from home to college a smooth one.
