Driver was very friendly and accommodating. Delivery was not door to door. Pick up was but during the delivery of the vehicle my dad had to drive to a main truck stop to pick up the vehicle. It was fine though. Overall I would use them again.

Thanks for your feedback! You bring up a great point - depending on your locations, the truck may or may not be able to load directly at your preferred address. Very busy metro areas (like NYC, San Francisco, DC) don't allow for delivery to your door. Also very rural areas, winding roads, mountain passes, low bridges or trees may also require an alternative meeting place. Glad it went well overall!
