All of my contact with Paul at Ship a Car Direct was pleasant. He was always helpful, and encouraging when things got tough.
The first potential driver was set to pick up my car, but then he kept changing around his plans, and seemed very untruthful. That transport company was close to impossible to contact, and in the end I just could not go with them.
We cancelled that order, and I was told that Ship a Car Direct was not going to work with that company any more after that experience.

Soon after, another carrier offered to pick it up- that night. That changed into the morning, and while it was hectic for my own arrangements were constantly changing, the carrier picked it up (technically I guess he was not late because he originally said "tonight or in the morning"). He was often available to call on the phone, and the dispatcher was always available.
Both were friendly and eager to help me.

My car actually got across the country in just 6 days instead of the average 7-10 days. She is pretty dusty, but nothing a little wash cant handle.

Even the mileage is spot on what it was when it was picked up.

All the while, when I was nervous about the process and everything, Ship a Car Direct was available and they really did put my car with a great carrier.

Thanks for the honest review, Ang! So sorry the first carrier was not a good fit. Great to hear the second carrier took good care of you!
