My daughter was moving from NJ to California so we needed to decide on what to do with her car. Sell and buy in California, drive cross country 2900 miles or ship it. After weighing all the pros/cons we decided to ship her car out to Northern California. Since we had no prior experience transporting a car I went online to do some research. While this was helpful I decided to call a few companies to seek their advice. One of the companies I called was Ship A Car Direct and discussed with my customer service representative Paul. I can tell you Paul made my decision very easy. He was knowledgable, accessible and a pleasure to wrk with. He explained the entire process to me and had excellent follow up skills. I would strongly recommend this company to others and would use them again for all my personal moves in the future.
