This was the second time I used Ship A Car Direct. Both times I have been satisfied - more so the first time. My car arrived in good shape both times and the shipping was timely. The drivers they contract out to in my experience are great.

Their customer service the first time around was much better than the second. I had to send them a couple of emails to get a quote the second time around. Also I kept getting these impersonal "follow up" confirmation of receipt emails that are mechanically sent out which I answered, but then they kept sending the same e-mail. In fact they send a lot of mechanically generated mails which I do not appreciate. It starts to make the service feel a bit impersonal.

Thanks for the feedback and the repeat business, Anna! Sorry to hear you thought our follow-up emails were impersonal. We do try to keep in touch even when there isn't much to report or when we aren't physically in the office. :)
