This was my first time shipping a car and Jason at Ship a Car Direct was very helpful. He promptly answered all e-mails and phone calls (I had a lot of questions!). He walked me through the process and made it a great experience. The car was scheduled and picked up on time. Delivery was flawless with no damage to our vehicle.
