Thanks for your helpful review, Cindy! Sorry the service was a little too quick for you. You bring up a really important point: schedules and drive-times can't be predicted with precision, so it's realistic to expect to be on-call around the arrival estimated. We wish they could give you better notice too, but sometimes they make really good drive time.
