Tom was great in explaining to me how the process works with regards to the various brokers. He explained the process by which different transport companies selected the vehicles to transport, and reminded me the earlier I made my vehicle available the closer the original quote rate would be maintained. The transport driver's associate kept me up to date on where the vehicle was at all times. In fact they called us to say the vehicle would be a little later due to an unforeseen accident on the highway in front of the driver. Just excellent service all around! Thanks Tom!
