Above average customer service. The car was not delivered door to door, however. If I had known this ahead of time, I would have made other arrangements. The destination was a couple miles away.

Thanks for your feedback! Your representative did mention that door-to-door delivery is not possible in San Francisco (your delivery location), so this is a great reminder that delivery to some major metropolitan areas (New York City, DC, etc.) will require a meeting outside of the city.
