Scott from ship a car direct was very helpful at the first time. He spent time to explain to me how this transportation works. The first driver assigned to me was broke down. However, when I spoke to the driver, he did not tell me that. He just let me wait. I contacted Scott from direct a car. Scott helped me to find another driver soon. The second driver picked up my car as scheduled, although it was late at night.

If you have any delays, my experience is always talk to Scott, instead of the drivers, since they are more honest than the drivers.
