Delayed car pickup

Pickup was several days late.....no carrier was identified till 2 days after the 4 day window provided for pickup. Meanwhile, I had to go up $100 in price. Once picked up, the car was delivered promptly

Thanks for your feedback, Rohit! Sorry there wasn't carrier availability in your preferred window. Even with notice, we have to recommend a window of availability and a friend or family member as a back-up contact.
