Ship Direct has great service in the beginning but execution not so much. They found a carrier the day of pickup and asked for upfront deposit last minute. Other problem was trying to get a hold of someone to check the status of my car...no answer from the transporter as well as Jason from ship direct. I called multiple times and even left messages but no response. I should add that this was a day after delivery date. Finally I called ship direct company to figure out what the deal was and I spoke to someone other than Jason and finally figured out where my car was. Found out my car was in the destination 3 days before delivery and was never contacted. Not to mention the carrier did not go door to door and said his phone died and his personal truck was getting repaired and couldn't get me my car. When we finally agreed to meet to receive my car, the delivery trucks battery died so I had to wait another hour or so afterwards to get my car off the truck. Piss poor service if you ask me! Definitely would not recommend!!!

Thanks for your feedback, and that's a totally valid response. Every once in awhile a truck breaks down and it is absolutely MADDENING when it happens to you. Odds are greatly skewed in your favor that it WON'T be you, but there's sure to be a bad review coming our (or any company's) way when it is. We have compensated LC.
