This company is also a broker. As middle man, they find me a good auto transport company. Most of thing were great. They contacted me whenever I have a question, and they explained the process a lot. However, they contacted me too late when the pick up time was changed. I had only one day left leaving WA. They just told me one day before. When I asked what I supposed to do, the middle man just told me asking your friend or the auto transport company. It was a little annoying. The auto transport company understood my situation, so I gave my car on time.
