We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The dispatcher Tom from Ship a Car Direct was knowledgeable , thorough and communicated clearly about what was involved. Once a trucker was assigned (JPF Trucking) we were contacted very soon thereafter by the driver Abror who was punctual and courteous. Abror kept in touch with us from the road, as promised, and went out of his way to accommodate our daughter in bringing the car to her office at a pre-arranged time.
What we appreciated the most was punctuality, courtesy and quality of service.
Overall we are very pleased and will definitely use the service again on the return trip.
