I received numerous communications regarding automobile transportation once I listed a bid for my business. Despite that inundation, Scott's email stood out as personalized, detailed, and comprehensible. Scott's communications were both business-like and personable, and, despite never having met him in person, I felt immediately that I could trust him, that Ship a Car Direct was knowledgeable and reputable, and that I would have my car when they told me I would. Scott communicated with me at each step of the process- his communications to the dispatcher, the dispatcher's communications with a carrier, and the carrier's communications with me- and assured me that, even when I was dealing with the carrier, if I had any concerns, I could reach him.

I picked up the car this morning and it was cleaner than when I'd handed it to the carrier (thanks to some rain along the way, no doubt)! I would recommend others shipping cars across the country to consider Ship a Car Direct. Not only was their price competitive, their service was impeccable.
