I was contacted 2 days and 1 day before the shipment. The lady from Pacha Transport was very nice and my ONLY issue was her very thick accent. We did manage to communicate but it took a couple of "I'm sorry, I didn't understand you's" to finally know what was being said. The company called the day before delivery and then arrived 4 hours earlier than we were told - not a problem this time, but on another day it might have been. The car itself was absolutely fine from the transport across country and it was in a different position than when it left, so it must have been taken off the carrier at least once. All costs were exactly as Jason had described in his estimate. No surprises, no damages - about as good as you can hope for. I'd use Ship-A-Car-Direct (Jason) and Pacha Transport both again without hesitation and this one (and only) experience.

Thanks for your useful feedback! You are right, sometimes cars do have to be moved during transit to access other vehicles. Glad it arrived absolutely fine!
