This was the first time for me to transport a car across country and the reason I chose Ship a car direct was simply because they had one of the best overall ratings and the most number of responses on this website. Of course, good reviews don't apply to every case, but for someone who never ship a car before, sample size does matter. Luckily for me, Ship a car direct has all the information I needed on their website to clarify the process. Also, my main point of contact - Emily, was very patient and she's always there to answer my questions, even on a Sunday morning. My car got picked up on the first available date by a carrier based in my own city and it's delivered one week later without any scratch.

Price-wise, it might not be the cheapest, but the extra dollars does give you peace of mind. I would recommend ship a direct to everyone, especially those who has never done this before.
