Brian was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The company took a reduction in their commission in order to get my car picked up in time. Everything was wonderful from the company's standpoint. However, the driver for Simoe's was pushy and spoke extremely poor English. If you have that much difficulty communicating with the driver, I would suggest waiting for another driver to pick up your order or paying extra money if needed to get a driver from a different firm.
