Jason @ ship a car direct was extremely knowledgeable and more than helpful. He always replied to my voicemails, answered my questions and was able to produce the carrier's insurance details when requested. Even though ship a car direct was only the broker, and not the final carrier, this is now the second time I've used them and have been very impressed. While the customer service provided by the carrier themselves was less than excellent, I had no problems with ship a car direct. Jason followed up after the car had been delivered to make sure everything was fine.
Would definitely use again.
