Rodney at Ship a Car Direct was outstanding! As a first time shipper, I had many questions and was very nervous. Not only did Rodney answer my questions quickly, but he regularly prompted me when things were about to happen (shipment window open). Additionally, he made recommendations about what to do when my shipment offer was not picked up immediately. Hours after we made a change (increased offer price by $100) I had a driver to ship my truck. From start to finish, this has been a very smooth process due to Ship A Car Direct's customer service and Rodney's expert support. I will certainly use them again and will recommend others do the same. Thanks Rodney and Ship A Car Direct!
