I will definitely call this company again when we are transporting the car back to California. The transport company's truck broke down in transit so there was an unavoidable delay. However, Tom at Safe Direct reassured us, updated us, and kept in contact with us right up until the delivery. This meant alot to us since we were in Spain while all this was going on!
