All interaction and business with Scott was pleasant and smooth (unlike with Bill from Transport Connection, who is the worst businessman I've ever come across). Ship a Car Direct said they guarantee a pick-up time within 48 hours of your first available date, but my first available date was the day after I placed the order (Tuesday). I received a pick-up day of Saturday, which was fine, but it got picked up the next Wednesday due to the carrier having to fix his vehicle. It arrived fairly quickly though (4 days). I would recommend placing the order in advance so that they have plenty of time to find a carrier who can pick up and deliver on time. Car was very dirty upon delivery, but that's to be expected after a cross-country journey in an open carrier. OVERALL, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Thanks for your great review, Zenas! We don't actually guarantee pick-up within 48 hours, no matter how much lead time you give us. Carrier availability varies from week to week - there's no grand schedule to "lock down" in advance. It's actually most realistic to leave a few days wiggle room around your preferred ship date.
