My shipment was excellent vehicle arrived earlier then expected with no damage. Rodney from customer service was excellent he followed up with me and made sure the pick up and delivery went smooth. Truck driver Jerry was excellent he kept in contact with me so I knew what was going on with my vehicle. Vehicle was little dirty from being in transported in open carrier. Nothing that a nice carwash couldn't take care of. I am happy and completely satisfied I was a little nervous and scared about giving my vehicle to complete stranger. The transaction went great I would recommend and use Ship a car Direct again for future transports.
