Ship a car direct did provide me with a good car carrier who always kept me informed on when my vehicle was beging picked up and when it would be delivered. When I received my vehicle I had no problems with it at all. It was in the same condition that I left it when it was picked up. However, the price of my vehicle being moved from California to Missouri was quite expensive. Ship a car direct does charge a lot for there deposit to get you're vehicle placed on the car shipping board for someone to pick it up. But my service from my car transported was great and I didn't have any worries. I knew my car was being picked up on time and being delivered on time. My customers service representative was also very nive. However, I'm not sure if I fully understand him when he told me the total cost of my vehicle price would be shipped. I thought the price that I was quoted was the actual price it cost to ship my vehicle. I didn't know the price I was quoted included a service deposit. My car transport had a flat fee with no additional charges. I thought the price I paid was what my transporter was charging. I guess in the end my car transporter charged a lot and my total deposit was a lot. Because I did find some
Companies who deposit fee were cheaper. Lastly, over all great for moving you're vehicle on time without a hassle.

Thanks for your feedback, Rain. Sorry for the misunderstanding about your quote. We do list price breakdowns on the order form, in the quote emails and the in dispatch notices before your carrier arrives, so we thought we were all on the same page. Glad it was great overall for a quick transport!
