My car was shipped on a Friday and delivered the following Friday. Although the car was dirty from the cross country road trip (as expected), it did not have any external damage. Everyone we dealt with was very nice. The pick-up was an hour late and delivery a few hours late, but everyone was considerate and apologetic and I was given notice to be patient and give or take a few hours, so that was fine. Tom was always willing to answer questions, kept us informed throughout the whole process and was extremely nice and professional! I would use them again!

Thanks for the terrific review, Laura! You bring up a really great point about timing: drivers try to provide good estimates, but can't predict with pinpoint accuracy. It is realistic to be flexible around timing!
