Amanda is very professional. Prompt in communicating things and has always been there to support in case of clarifications and questions. The carrier although was very unprofessional, which I had communicated to Ship-a-car-direct and they immediately made note. However, at the end of the day the car was shipped without any damage or issues. It was an open carrier, hence no wonder the car was very dirty when it got shipped. Ensure you get a closed carrier if you want your car to be shipped as it was picked-up. Car was picked-up hours later it was supposed to be picked-up. Drop time got delayed as well, but not so much. Overall, very satisfied with Ship-A-Car-Direct and will definitely recommend to my friends as well.
