I found this company after dealing with two others that left me really weary. The initial mistake I made was that I was choosing companies with the lowest prices (big mistake!!).
I wish I called ship a car direct first. My initial phone call was the most pleasant of all of the other people I spoke to regarding the move. My car was scheduled before I took my flight, which was what I wanted for peace of mind. My car was picked up early and delivered early, which saved me money on a car rental. Everyone that I encountered (the driver, dispatcher) were very friendly and very professional. The driver stayed in touch with me and gave me estimates- and he exceeded my expectations and met all of the time windows. Customer service was excellent! I always felt comfortable calling and emailing for information.This was an incredibly stressful cross-country move that was made that much better by using this carrier. They literally saved my move at the last minute.
