I had never had a car shipped before, and I shipped two vehicles! I will say the communication with SAFE-DIRECT CAR SHIPPING was EXCELLENT. Tom Miller was great! I believe the communication could have been better with the company that actually moved my car. They really didn't keep in touch with me while my car was in route and they assured me they would. I had to call them, as they were running late by a day and a half. The one piece of advice I could give is to have a plan B in place. Our cars were late, and we were stranded without a car in a city where we knew no one. That's just the nature of the business I guess. All in all I would say it was a positive experience . Just have a plan B in place in the event the delivery of your vehicles is late.

Thanks for your review, Karen! Happy to hear Tom is a great communicator! Sorry the driver's timing estimates were a little off - you are so right about having a Plan B!
