The overall experience was fine and the price was fair. Really the only issue that occurred was not with safe direct but with the driver. He ended up delivering the car 2 days late, which would be fine except that the driver never gave me any notice that he was being late. I would recommend safe-direct, but maybe not the particular driver, not that you have a choice in that matter.

All that being said, the car was moved with no damage, which is all I can really ask for.
