By far a great experience; I will definite use the service again. The only reason I didn't give a 100% excellent review was because the carrier wasn't identified until lunch time of the day it was scheduled to ship. My concern was I didn't have time for a back-up date, which added to the overall stress factor. However, from pick-up to deliver customer service was phenomenal. The driver took pride in ensuring my vehicle was safe, clean, and that I was well informed of any status updates. L.A. Prep Inc. must be noted for thier outstanding service from initial contact to delivery! Great job to Amanda (Safe-Direct Car Shipping) for you support in coordinating a great experience! Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback, Robert! You bring up a really good point about timing - we recommend flexibility as there isn't a way to guarantee exact availability in advance. Glad we found the right match!
