Did a great job of getting both our vehicles picked up and dropped off. Did not give us a hard time in regards to having a few boxes in our car.

You do have to patient to hear from a carrier. We heard the week before, but it was exactly the time we wanted.

Thanks for your great review, Jay! You are right on, there isn't a lot of advance notice, carriers are usually confirmed the week of pick-up.
