Relied on the reviews and BBB rating as well as comparison with other carriers. Absolutely pleased with the transporter that was assigned to deliver my sister's car. Gave me a call the day before with the name of the driver and his expectant time of arrival (Friday at 9am). The driver called me to confirm. The driver was prompt, courteous, and professional. He carefully evaluated the car with me for any and all nicks, dents, and scratches as well as top and bottom of the car, including tires, and documented on the form for my review. I took pictures of the car before handing the keys over. He estimated the car to arrive in NJ by the following Friday/Saturday. The car arrived early on Wednesday!
