I am absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Safe-Direct Car Shipping. Before setting something up with them, I researched long and hard for reliable car shippers. After reading countless "nightmare" reviews about other companies, I was very happy to see such positive remarks about Safe-Direct. The entire process was seamless and I would recommend them to anyone who asked. No damage to the car, local tow company was right on time in Maryland, consistent contact was made between the driver and me, delivery was prompt, and the car was in perfect shape. Matt was great to work with and kept me in the loop about everything. He set us up with a carrier who then set us up with a local tow company in Maryland and everything happened exactly when we needed it to. I am VERY happy with the service and efficiency and hope others will use Safe-Direct to ship their car in the future.
