Safe-Direct shipped my truck from New Hampshire to Arizona. David Franco, my Safe-Direct representative, was unfailingly prompt, clear, and courteous in all our communications. There was some delay in picking up my truck, due to the off-the-beaten-path nature of the pickup point, but this was a minor inconvenience. Chris, my driver, was equally courteous and clear. He kept in touch with me throughout his trip west, and we negotiated a drop-off point, not far from my new house, that was agreeable to both of us. My truck arrived safe and sound within Chris's delivery window. My wife and I own two vehicles. Our 2,800-mile trip to Arizona in the dead of summer would have been exhausting had we each driven a vehicle. Safe-Direct was a very, very wise and economical idea.
