My experience with Safe-Direct was positive and everything was explained up front (and happened exactly as they told me). The carrier picked up when they were supposed to and delivered when they were supposed to. They also did not charge me until a carrier was assigned and had contacted me.

Not only would I use them again but I am using them again.
