I have had an excellent experience with both David, my Safe direct contact and Boris, the auto transport driver. Both were clear, up-front and honest. Both kept in close contact with me. The car was picked up on the first of the optional days and was dropped off exactly when I was told it would be. I am thoroughly happy with the experience.
