Our experience with Safe-Direct Car Transport was a decent one, ranging from a very good initial interactions with Brian, to a less-than-optimal at the time of delivery. Brian was clear about the process during our initial conversations, and helpful with questions. The cars arrived in fine shape - no damage whatsoever. However, the driver (Mike) told me he would have the cars in NY 6 days later. He called 10 days afterwards to say he was in the area. When he didn't call back for two days, I tried calling him on his phone. He didn't pick up. I called the central office and was told that in fact Mike wasn't supposed to have been in touch with me. He was supposed to drop the cars off in a central warehouse, which was then supposed to contact me. When I was finally contacted, I was told the cars would be delivered on a Wednesday during a four hour time window. They didn't arrive. I called again and was told that due to inclement weather, they wouldn't be delivered until tomorrow. I asked why they didn't call to tell me this, instead of having me wait the entire day and forcing me to call to find out the situation. I didn't get a real answer to the question. The following day I was give another 4 hour window in the late afternoon. Again they didn't arrive. When I called, I was told the driver would be dropping off a few other cars first and was still doing so. He didn't arrive until 10:30 pm, when it was too dark for me to inspect the vehicles. All in all, I am glad the cars arrived undamaged, but very frustrated that I lost the better part of two days waiting for the cars to be delivered.

Thank you for your feedback, Steve. Glad to hear Brian was helpful! So sorry you were inconvenienced by your carrier's inconsistant estimates. That makes us crazy too, there's no excuse for it. We are following up with them about their poor communication.
