This was the first time I bought a car on eBay which needed long distance transportation. I was extremely anxious about everything - especially transporting my classic vehicle. Rodney was patient with me, explaining everything, including giving me details on what to expect. Everything went as planned! I'm now more confident in my transportation choice, and I'll be using Safe-Direct again.
