Overall the interaction with the broker was good. However the company who was responsible for delivery of the car had some logistical issues and at first was not going to deliver at the time promised, then agreed to deliver on Sunday.

The inside of the car including the driver's side armrest, steering wheel and seat were dirty on this brand new car. I had to point it out them for them to clean. Additionally they had not taken inventory of the items they had picked up from the dealership so when I asked them about an extra keyfob, they had no clue.

Thanks for your feedback! Glad we got your new vehicle moved and cleaned for you. Haulers just move cars, though - we recommend any extras (fobs, paperwork, parts) be handled directly through your dealership, as loose items are not your driver's responsibility.
