Poor service, horrible experience

We were satisfied with our primary contact but had the worst experience with the shipping company.Would not recommend this to anyone.
-The driver got a ticket on his way to pick up my vehicle (since he did not know his way around), blamed it on me and I was responsible for paying half the price for the ticket (dont understand why)
- Also, my drop off location was airport but instead they made me drive extra 30 miles away from my drop off location to pick my car up since the truck 'could not come to the airport'. There was no viable explanation given for the same.
On the whole frustrating experience.

Sorry to hear about the ticket - we are following up with your carrier about reimbursement for it. Unfortunately deliveries to airports are not standard, most drivers cannot accommodate such a request. (Personalized delivery can sometimes be negotiated for an additional fee, otherwise carriers have to deliver to an open, public area.)
