Beware of COD upon delivery

It was not made apparent that it was COD on delivery. I was able to make my deposit with a credit card. However once it came time to drop car off I was told that it was cash or cashier check. This cause to me to have to scramble to figure out options. My contact at Safeway wasn't very helpful; basically said it was my problem. However, Empire shipping, the actual carrier was very helpful. They called me to suggest the option of paying through PayPal. This was very convenient and was able to complete the transaction right away. The over all experience was good minus e fact that it was made apparent that it was COD, so please beware.

Thanks for your feedback Tony - sorry that you were unaware of the COD payment terms, it is unusual but it is an industry standard. We do list that in the terms you approve when placing your order, in our dispatch notice with your carrier information and it's even included on our website. Glad your carrier was able to accommodate your payment!
