This was the first time I had shipped a car, so I didn't know what to expect. The initial price quoted turned out to be $70 dollars less than I actually paid. It took about 7 days from the initial contact with the company before an actual arrangement with the transporter was scheduled. The transporter was then delayed about a day, so he picked up the car only six days before it was needed in California. Safe Direct's literature says that it takes 7-10 days to transport a car across the country, but ours was done in 5 days, so it arrived the day before my end date. The car arrived without any damage from the trip.

Our representative Amanda sent a number of emails during this process, and was generally responsive to our questions and concerns. I would use this company again.
