was a very smooth process. David was very helpful throughout, from time of quote until everything was setup was actually only minutes (once all my questions has been answered). Expect lots of communication from safe-direct, perhaps too much at times (automated emails). Whole industry is interesting in that you pay a broker to look through a website that seemingly anyone could, but that has nothing to do with safe direct. they do it very well and i'd be happy to use again.
