Safe-Direct Saved the Day!

It was 2 days before my relocation across country that I contacted the original auto transport broker (Direct Connect Auto Transport) I had contracted with 16 days prior to find out a driver had not been assigned. During our discussion the Direct Connect broker advised me he could not do anything for me and thought it would be best that I find another broker. I made several queries at different brokers and found that Brian from Safe-Direct-Car Shipping took a genuine interest in trying to assist me with my dilemma. Brian asked for a few hours to investigate and called me back to set-up a contract and within 24 hours he had secured a driver and my car was picked-up 14 hours before I got on a plane to fly to my relocation destination.

In addition, the driver was very concientiousn how he handled my car and was easy to deal with. My car arrived in the exact same condition it was shipped.

I cannot say enough good things about the great job Brian and Safe-Direct-Car Shipping did for me. Safe-Direct will definitely be my auto transport broker in the future.
